We had a goal to achieve: to improve communication and consolidate the group.
We chose to do this with a particularly interesting activity with a high level of dynamic interaction and manual skills.
Guided with flair and elegance by professional bartenders, after learning a series of techniques and tricks of the trade the Bonfiglioli’s international suppliers got down to the business of mixing internationally famous cocktails.
The mission of each team was to create its own bar, complete with the organization of a “Happy Hour”.
Fundamental ingredients included budget management for purchases, creativity in the presentation of the cocktail bar, style and talent in experimenting with a new cocktail, and above all the capacity to build work groups exploiting the individual potential of every single member in the best possible way.
