Ingenious combinations for extraordinary results

The Genius Project is the first corporate training project that makes use of the dynamics of “kinetic art” and applies the mechanisms of “Rube Goldberg machines” to explore the ways in which the creative combination of simple operations can lead to extraordinary results.

Rube Goldberg, an American cartoonist and a Pulitzer Prize winner for political satire in 1948, was the first person to depict these bizarre mechanisms in his drawings, which showed his engineering expertise. It is fascinating to notice how nowadays, these mechanisms still bear his name.

The inspiration has become a real experience: The Genius Project is a training programme devised by Màgina and already used with great success by companies believing in the project as a stimulus to develop their resources through creative genius in teamwork.
