A Roman-themed team building: the Empire Race Challenge
We went back to ancient times with 300 participants: 24 Roman chariots created by the teams that raced for the first place in an imperial arena.
Participants, divided into teams representing the regions of the Roman Empire, were asked to build a Roman chariot by using the creative material at their disposal, but also to costumize the dresses of an auriga e four horses (personified by members of the teams) that would then participate to the Empire Race Challenge, as representative of their region.
For the whole day, the RDS Stadium had been transformed into a Roman arena, hosting the parade of all chariots together with the auriga and the horses, taking place in front of the jury formed by the Emperor, the Empress and the Senators: special spectators of the race.
The key factors of the experience were fun, work team and competitiveness, that also fortified the relationships, collaboration and talents inside the team dynamics.
